As the leader of our digital marketing team, you’ll create dynamic branded video content for social media platforms with the goal of growing our subscriber base and becoming an influencer in the DFW community.

Responsibilities

• Use multi-company organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts
• Lead real estate agent masterminds for marketing and lead generation
• Create funnels to attract real estate agents and clients to work with our brand
• Create blog posts for SEO optimization
• Build, refresh and maintain company websites
• Grow co-marketing business with local businesses
• Email marketing campaigns
• The ability to create engaging stories through video
• Coach, direct, and communicate with team members for content
• Connect with social media influencers in our industry and pinpoint new media opportunities
• In this role, you will drive the coaching, educational, informative, and entertainment content and writing within the i-Lead Productions Studio, focusing on the latest trends
• Operate 3-D camera
• Operate a drone
• Manage virtual assistant(s)
• Producing editorially sound and visually compelling content
• Responsibilities include shooting, editing videos, and publishing high engaging real estate and business related content
• Work alongside team members to ensure that content follows i-Lead Realty brand identity and objectives
• Respond and engage in real-time to posts, questions, and comments
• Keep up with the latest entertainment and real estate news and trends

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar funnel builder a plus
• An entrepreneurial mindset meaning “Think like a business owner”
• Strong understanding of marketing trends across multiple social media platforms
• Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video
• Understanding of the YouTube platform
• Excellent writing, editing, visual communication, scriptwriting, and critical reasoning skills
• Ability to shoot, edit, and publish content to YouTube
• Ability to pitch content ideas based on what will engage an audience
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising
• Impeccable time management skills, ability to multi-task / prioritize projects with sensitive deadlines
• Candidates must be self-motivated, uniquely creative, forward-thinking, and have a sense of humor
