i-Fit Group is an elite Allied Health Clinic based in the Inner-West. i-Fit Group offers services under NDIS and WorkCover and our team is continuously expanding! We are hiring for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for vacant positions on different recruitment platforms. Your will have strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with potential candidates suitable for vacant positions within i-Fit Group. Excellent attention to detail and enthusiasm is highly regarded for this position.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience in a recruitment position and will be required to work part-time with options for flexible working arrangements. The working hours required are from 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour break.
Role and Responsibilities
· Write job ads and post them on the necessary digital portals to source for candidates
· Utilise company expansive internal referral network to source candidates
· Handle in the inbound role enquiries
· Make outbound calls to potential candidates
· Ensure candidates are fully briefed on role prior to their interview
· Conducting the reference checks, portfolio checks, internet screening, and other activities around due diligence of candidates
· Organise face to face interviews for candidates
· Assist in lead generations and business development activities for your desk
Skills
· Applicable years of experience in an external recruitment agency with recruitment or
· resourcing experience
· A high degree of customer service skill and experience to interact with clients in a
· professional manner
· Attention to detail
· Creative writing skills to be able to craft high impact advertisements to engage
· candidates
· Proven history of continuous improvement and identifying and executing on business
· Able to work autonomously on tasks as a part of the broader organisation
· Human resources education or years of industry experience
