Brief Overview

Publisher of colourful uplifting artwork I Drew This is looking for a brilliant new VA to join the very heart of the business.

Supporting Ilona directly you will be managing and delivering key operational elements of the business and playing an important part in a very special company.

The applicant must be invested in helping Ilona grow the business, tighten up existing procedures and be excited about being organised and completing daily tasks.

Brief overview:

Customer services for both retail and trade customers.

Processing orders and operations.

Liasing with the warehouse/printers/suppliers and designers.

Managing stock levels/stock movement.

Uploading new designs and managing online shops so must be familiar with ETSY/NOTHS/Faire and wordpress.

The applicant must be a fast learning multi tasker, have excellent spoken and written communication skills, good telephone manner, pro cient in Excel, responsible, conscientious and reliable and be able to think logically and independently.

Must have own laptop and live in an area where there is good mobile coverage.

The job is mainly a work from home role but will be required to visit o ces every week or two so ideally lives in brighton area.

Hours 4/5 hours a day – 20/25 hours a week.

May suit either self employed or employed to be discussed.

Salary £15 an hour.
