Responsibilities:

· Provide support to all departments to produce revenue, control expenses, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction

· Perform end of month duties along with submission of financial statements

o Review GL and audit scheduled accounts

· Oversee Payroll function including preparation/review of monthly payrolls and Quarterly payroll taxes

o This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of payroll and benefit administration services and providing technical guidance and outreach company-wide.

o The division ensures financial compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

· Preparation and submission of B&O Excise Tax and reconciling to GL

· Ability, drive and willingness to teach, supervise and mentor team members

· Work closely with CFO, Accounting Manager/Auditor, and Executive Team on projects as needed

· Conducting all responsibilities with integrity and confidentiality

• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
