Your Next Role

As a HR Advisor you will work closely with our Albury team to deliver their business objectives by enabling leaders to be successful through engaging their teams, building a great culture and delivering people initiatives that drive high performance and engagement.

• All People and Culture Generalist outcomes are delivered with quality and timeliness in recruitment, ER interpretation and advice, workplace investigations, onboarding and offboarding programs, relocation management, and training.
• Initial analysis and foresight on project related work is considered and meaningful.

About you

• Graduate to 5 years experience as a Coordinator/HR Advisor.
• A desire to passionately help others and partner with leaders in the business.
• Natural relationship building skills to develop effective working relationships.
• Proven ability in handling multiple priorities in a highly confidential manner.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and schedule in an efficient, productive manner.
• Experience working within an environment where identifying new approaches, methods, or technologies was required or having introduced better, faster, or less expensive ways to do things.
