Accountabilities:
Ensure first class candidate experience for all.
Ownership of key recruitment assignments within specific business areas, advising on process and talent acquisition pathways.
Ensure focus on Diversity and Inclusion in selection activities to ensuring fairness and transparency and removing potential bias.
Interprets recruitment data to help identify and source candidates
Develop and maintain supplier partnership relations.
Oversee virtual events in relation to talent pooling and candidate acquisition
Work with Recruitment Co-ordinators as and when required.
Manage social media channels, reviewing content interactions and ensuring appropriate replies.
Extend complex verbal offers.
Support the Resourcing Manager with immigration requirements.
Ensure regular communication with relevant colleagues both in the HR Team and wider business.
Attend relevant industry external events and grow both Hymans Robertson and personal network.
Work on recruitment focused projects and initiatives.

Experience
Proven at managing recruitment partnership relations.
Proven experience of direct candidate attraction and acquisition
Ability to us an in-house Applicant Tracking System
Experience of working in a professional fast paced environment.
Knowledge
Understands the importance of social media channels for external engagement
Keeps up to date recruitment trends, particularly in relation to our competitors.
