Your days will include:
- Working with vendor statements and reconciliations of accounts
- Support work for Accounts Payable
- Scanning and online filing
- Correspond with external vendors and various internal parties and respond to inquiries
- Working with vendor invoices to push PDF documents into an online data base
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Good communication skills
- Punctual
- High School Diploma
- Experience in an office setting or accounting an asset
