TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

HyLife in Windom Minnesota a division of the HyLife organization is engaged in the dressing and processing of hogs for both domestic and world markets. Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator located in the vibrant community of Windom, MN.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help to ensure regulatory employment compliance at all the times
• Recruiting/Hiring and interview production employees for our company
• Help to ensures regulatory compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity programs
• Entering and maintains application data in all the HyLife programs and the Applicant Log
• Responds to any questions and/or requests from government agencies and applicants.
• Help to coordinate recruiting efforts both internal and external which includes but not limited to posting vacancies, advertising using different social media (selling our company to potential candidates)
• Help to coordinate and attend Career Fair/Employment Events
• Must be able to demonstrate integrity and confidentiality with applicant’s personal information including current employee’s personal information
• General Office Procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience in meat industry or other manufacturing setting a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills required.
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem solver and Decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone techniques.
• Communication/public relations skills required.
• Computer knowledge required
• Ability to apply good judgement and professional integrity in decision making
• Experience with North Star and Indeed
• Self-started and strong organizational skills
• Trustworthy and Honest
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multitasking, team-based environment, able to work under pressure
