• Organize incoming e-mails and faxes
• Prepare weekly livestock movement imports
• Enter sales invoices into accounting program
• Import Feed orders into accounting program
• Communicate with internal and external producers and respond to inquiries
• Compile and distribute various s

• High School Diploma
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong Attention to detail
• A strong working knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
• Organizational skills
• Experience in data-entry and database systems
