Hydropool Inc. Hiring for General Labourer at Mississauga, ON Full Time

Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, our products are now sold through a 250+ retailer network in over 40 countries. Our success continues to come from delivering a top-quality product that continues to exceed consumer expectations.

Hydropool wants to be the preeminent manufacturer of hot tubs and swim spas in the world. To do that we need the best talent. We are currently looking for plant employees on the day, afternoon, or night shift. No rotating shift.

The unionized positions that are available include general assembly, detailing, fiberglass employees including sprayers and rollers, drillers, carpentry, and general labour. These individuals will be responsible for a variety of assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

· We are looking for individuals with strong attention to quality and detail.

· Individuals must have hand-eye coordination, and endurance. They must also be able to concentrate on their tasks.

· Stamina to remain on their feet for most of their shift.

· Manual dexterity to use tools and factory machines.

· Time management is helpful in organizing work and finishing it on schedule.

· Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset.

· Experience with hand tools and power tools is an asset.

· Ability to commit to a permanent, full time schedule (no students)
