About The Role:

We are looking for a professional and experienced International Education and Events Specialist to join our growing international team at HydroPeptide Skincare. This position will work closely with the Director of Global Distributor Partnerships to provide top notch education and events for our international distributors and B2B customer channels, in person and in virtual environments.

This position will help drive sales, build brand loyalty and support HydroPeptide skincare initiatives through education and customer facing events. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and creating high quality training that is engaging and focused on enhancing relationships and business with HydroPeptide distributors and customers.

The Details:

Location: Remote in the Greater London area – Home/Field based
Hours/Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Travel requirements: Up 25% of required travel including international travel

Responsibilities:

• Represent HydroPeptide to the highest standard at internal and external events, conferences, and trade shows
• Work with Director of Global Distributor Partnerships to create strategic education plans by market
• Present and train (current and new) distributors and customers on product line, features and benefits, points of differentiation, treatment protocols, massage techniques and sales techniques
• Create and execute quarterly education online seminars for distributor partners
• Plan and execute yearly train the trainer events
• Manage all education communication to distributor partners
• Execute new product launch trainings
• Ensure all education tools are updated and available to distributor partners
• Manage HydroPeptide’s online education sub accounts and convert additional distributors to participate
• Develop and support relationships with international trainers
• Plan and execute international special events
• Develop and maintain education calendar
• Other responsibilities as required and as the position evolves

Candidate Requirements:

• Active Esthetician/Beauty Therapist license required
• 5 or more years’ experience in a Beauty/Skincare educational or teaching role
• 2 or more years’ experience presenting to large audiences
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office, Zoom skills
• Experience coaching and providing feedback to individuals and in a group setting
• Strong presentation & communication skills, both written and spoken
• Enthusiastic, positive personality, and ability to engage with an audience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Must have permission to work in the UK

Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• Skincare Education: 5 years (preferred)
• Public Speaking: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Beauty Therapy or Esthetician license (preferred)

Work authorisation:

• United Kingdom (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (required)
