HydroHelp911, a reputable foundation repair company, is looking for a part-time appointment setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dependable individual who possesses exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Scheduling leads for the sales department
• Maintaining accurate records and files
• Communicating effectively with different departments
• Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to provide 5 star customer service
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to answer the phone within 3 rings and communicate in an environment that is free of distractions and background noise
• Must have your own laptop or computer

• Number of Calls answered and missed
• Number of appointments set
• Speed of Answer
• Customer service
