A leading medical device Company in Irvine, Orange County, CA are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Rep to join them for an initial 6 month contract.

Location: Irvine, Orange County, CA (hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 onsite)

Contract: 6 months

Pay Rate: $18-21 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Review orders and backorders (daily)
• Analyze and approve incoming purchase orders, execute as needed following strict standard operating plans policy requirements.
• Generating quotes for customers while adhering to company guidelines
• Interacting with customers to provide accurate and timely information in response to their questions and inquiries related to our products and services.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries and provide details on field corrective action and any planned notifications.
• Identifying and understanding the specific issues or concerns raised by clients and offering viable solutions to address their needs.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-4 years of customer service-related experience required.

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
