About You:

With several years’ experience working in a professional services business, you have developed strong business administration skills such as a strong eye for detail and analytical problem solving skills. You have also been exposed to accounts receivable tasks and have a sound understanding of financial processes.

You pride yourself on your communication and customer service skills, you build meaningful relationships with your stakeholders and they trust your ability and professionalism regarding sensitive matters. To ensure you meet your deadlines you are able to prioritise your own workload and complete your tasks to high quality in a timely manner.

About the role:

You will be supporting the Financial Reporting and Analysis team and responsible for all billings and collections related tasks and enquiries for Hydro Tasmania and Entura. Your aim will be to maximise cashflow and minimise debts.

Some of your day to day tasks you will complete are to investigate and resolve customer issues, answer and make calls regarding credit enquiries and debt collection and assist with settlement of financial transactions.
