Role

As an Expert Customer Service Advisor, you’ll have to leverage your advisory strengths to advise clients in their water heater needs. Your goal? To provide an excellent customer experience and meet expected results.

Tasks

Act as a water heater expert to provide clients with the best solution in terms of products and services in line with their needs

Reach results in terms of customer development

Be an ambassador for potential clients

Any other related tasks

You’re a right fit if you:

Are motivated to reach results and are competitive by nature

Know how to listen to others and are able to easily communicate with clients

Are able to easily work as a team and are enthusiastic

Have a real passion for helping clients find the best solutions for them

Are available in line with our operational needs (8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and rotational shifts on Saturdays)
