The role of Customer Data & Report Analyst will report to the Supervisor, Customer Relations & Contracts in the Process, Reporting & Contracts department of Customer Support Services. This role will assist in business process development, reporting, SharePoint administration and CRM related initiatives within the Customer Service organization.
Job Description:
Assist in the development and continuous improvement of business processes to meet ongoing and future business needs. Provide recommendations to key stakeholders regarding process and reporting issues.
Assist in the implementation of initiatives to optimize SAP, MSCRM and SharePoint use of data to facilitate the effective management of customer relations.
Coordinate with line of businesses on CRM system requirements, draft business requirements, stakeholder and coordinate with Business IT for development. Facilitate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and feedback sessions prior to implementation.
Utilize existing Data systems to gather and consolidate information to produce a variety of business information for business planning, forecasting, performance reports, compliance reports and dashboards.
Assist in the design and modification of CRM and SharePoint structure to reflect on-going changes in business requirements and improvements to users.
Assist with the development, analysis, and preparation of reports to meet business, financial and regulatory needs and other relevant corporate requirements.
Develop, monitor and analyze commitments scorecards, performance reports and milestones within processes. Recommend improvements that will enhance the overall achievement of performance and ultimately improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor and assist quality assurance program related to processes and data. Be responsible for data integrity and validation associated with databases, including identification and resolution of issues. Provide and augment the data processes as required.
Participate in and provide assistance to governance activities to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Assist in the review of processes and procedures to ensure that all planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting requirements are met and modified as required to meet business and financial needs.
Develop relationships with internal organizations, to ensure adherence to commitments scorecard and collaborative relationship
Perform other duties as required.
Selection Criteria
Requires knowledge of business administration, computer and financial concepts to perform business and data analysis and prepare studies and financial inputs.
Requires knowledge of project management and methodologies to develop business plans/processes, management reporting and regulatory submissions.
Requires a good knowledge of English in the preparation of analytical reports and to prepare presentations.
This knowledge is considered to be normally acquired through the completion of 4 years of University education in an appropriate field.
Requires experience in a business environment to be familiar with the preparation of analytical reports, business planning, forecasting, budgeting and business practices.
Requires experience in participating in cross-functional teams.
Requires experience with various software applications such as Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM, SAP, SharePoint, MS-Office Suite and VBA.
Requires working with other departments, divisions and senior management regarding analyses and development of reports. Requires working with staff to monitor and provide advice on business issues.
Requires contact with external agencies and customers to gather or exchange information and data relating to process and reporting.
Requires sound judgment and accurate analysis of business data and reporting issues impacting on the Business Unit in order to prepare analysis and reports.
A period of over 2 to 4 years is considered necessary to gain this experience.
