Role Title: Human Resources Manager

Reporting To: Managing Director

Role Description:

You will provide support, advice and reports to the Management Team on all matters and issues in respect of Human Resources at Hydro Cleansing.

Using your skills and experience, you will perform a HR Generalist role, and therefore should be competent in all areas of HR including:

• Up to date working knowledge of Employment Law.
• Employee Relations.
• Pay and Benefits – compile information for weekly & monthly payroll – ability to run payroll would be advantageous.
• Disciplinary and Grievance issues.
• Advising Line Managers on human resources matters.
• Generating monthly reports for Directors.
• Managing/ auditing personnel files.
• Drafting/ issuing Policy/ Procedures and employee contracts
• Recruitment and Selection at all levels.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience.

• Minimum of 5 years working within Human Resources
• Previous experience of a stand alone HR role.
• CIPD qualified or studying towards

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
