What are we looking for?

Hybrid Sydney is looking for a Graduate Level Paid Media Executive to join our growing global digital team. You will into and work closely with the Paid Media Lead, ensuring all paid media activity relating specifically to our Strategic Partnerships team is run successfully, within the APAC division. Additionally the Graduate Paid Media Executive will also liaise between our Digital team and Account Management team in Kuala Lumpur, being responsible for producing client s, large paid media plans, checking account manager media plans, working in excel and Google Sheets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain thorough exposure and training on the basics of paid media across social media marketing (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), programmatic advertising (Dv360, Ad Cloud, StackAdapt) and search advertising (Google and Bing).

The Graduate Paid Media Executive will be passionate about the digital marketing landscape, analytically minded and hold a degree. Preferred subjects would be in Mathematics, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics or Data Sciences. However, this is not essential.

The Graduate Paid Media Executive role:

• Working with the Paid Media Lead to plan, write and launch paid media campaigns that perform & provide results
• Providing a consistent output of campaign builds, analysis and thinking outside the box to drive high levels of innovation
• Disciplined daily management of all paid media campaigns
• Tracking digital KPI’s to measure campaign performance
• Produce detailed and accurate client s and competitor analysis
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ accounts to identify trends or issues to raise them with the wider team
• Be responsible for time keeping and ensuring in-house budgeting and time management software is updated daily
• Optimise and improve client’s advertising campaigns using the agency’s market-leading technologies

The Graduate Paid Media Executive:

• Degree qualified- ideally within (but not limited to) Mathematics, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics or Data Sciences.
