Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this generalist role, will help implement the HR strategic plan for the property, whilst working with a supportive leadership team.

The Human Resources function prides itself on excellence, service, integrity and accountability. As the Assistant Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the Human Resources Department, as well as be responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Training, and Workers Compensation.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• 1-2 years of experience in a HR leadership role
• Recruitment, training and payroll exposure
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Knowlege of FWA and experience working with Enterprise Agreements
• Knowledge of workers compensation and RTW Management
