The ideal candidate for the Human Resource Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process, including but limited to attending job fairs, application oversight, interviewing, and background administration.

In addition, this position will be a part of the Human Resources team. As such, this position may be ask to assist with various HR related responsibilities.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a Human Resources or related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Hotel experience is preferred, but not required
