The Opportunity

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Talent Management Analyst who will be responsible to provide insight into Hyatt’s talent management solutions that drive leader capabilities, the colleague experience and support of development and growth of our colleagues globally.

By leveraging data to , measure and communicate outcomes, the Talent Management Analyst will create consistent understanding of results and impact, inform decisions, share best practices, and learn from and contribute to talent successes across all our business units.

The Role

The Talent Management Analyst will leverage data to , measure and communicate outcomes that create consistent understanding or results and impact, inform decisions and share best practices across the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Compile and on data from various Talent systems related to training, colleague experience leader development, and performance management.

• Partner with interdepartmental stakeholders including in HRIS, talent acquisition, DE&I, compensation, and region HR roles to gain insights.

• Support in data analysis for trends and patterns related to the colleague experience.

• Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

• Prepare s and presentations of data results and insights, presenting and explaining findings to leaders.

• Provide recommendations to improve Talent data collection and ing practices.

• Periodically compile ing and informational requirements for audit purposes.

• Maintain updates to Hyatt’s talent management tools and intranet sites.

• Oversee process for translation of talent management materials.

• Monitors and maintains project budgets, including the processing of invoices and expenses.

• Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt’s core values.

Experience Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• 1-2 years of experience with compiling and ing on data from HR or relates systems i.e. LMS, employee satisfaction surveys, performance management system, payroll, etc.

• Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders of varied roles and levels.

• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Experience Preferred:

• 2-3 years of exposure in related areas such as compensation, recruitment, selection, training & development, employee benefits, and/or DE&I

• Certification in PowerPI, Tableau or related tools

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
