Summary / Objective

H.A. Automotive is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily logistics work and warehouse operations in the Planning and Logistics department.

Essential Duties

• Directly manages the logistics team, including logistics coordinators and material movers
• Leads on all the works for inbound, reservation, outbound, and warehouse management
• Assigns tasks within the team in balanced workload
• Manages daily shipment schedule
• Download demand from customer portal regularly
• Input data in SAP system as necessary
• Coordinates and resolve all the logistics issues on time
• Sets up warehouse operation strategy including resolving the warehouse space constraints and efficient materials putting away
• Leads on the stock cycle count and Year-end manual count
• Maintains and creates working procedure for logistics team
• Main point of logistics contact for customers and suppliers and establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and carriers
• Regularly checks the inventory and alert to supply chain or production team
• Makes hard copy record as required and support the internal or external audit
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 Years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operation of related automotive field
• Ability to multitask
• Strong problem solving skills
• SAP experience is a must
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills are essential; proficient is Microsoft excel / word / outlook
• Excellent attention to detail
