Job Overview:

We are seeking a sales leader to join Hussle. The ideal candidate has had previous success as both an enterprise-level account (B2B) executive and a sales leader developing high-performing sales teams in the SaaS space.

This is a player/ coach position. The ideal candidate is willing to actively sell in addition to managing the sales team. The candidate will oversee various aspects of the sales process to drive revenue and achieve organizational goals. The Head of Sales is part of the company leadership and s directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Sales: Lead sales team by achieving personal sales quota
• Team Leadership and Target: Lead, coach, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Develop sales process, prospect pitch strategy, and support sales operations including detailed sales forecasting
• Forecasting and Planning: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to develop sales forecasts and plans
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies
• Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively to ensure optimal resource utilization

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven success and experience selling B2B software (SaaS) with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing and leading a B2B SaaS sales team with a track record the team achieving and exceeding sales targets
• The successful candidate will be charismatic, collaborative, and have strong organizational skills to work and manage multiple priorities
• This role requires tenacity, aggressiveness and persistence (aka scrappy)
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and executive engagement skills
• Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Curious by nature with a sense of urgency
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with overall business goals
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on building and supporting positive customer relationships
