Huskee is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to our valued customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image. Your effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering top-notch service will be essential in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Interaction
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) while maintaining a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
• Listen actively to customers’ concerns, questions, and feedback, and provide accurate and helpful information.
• Issue Resolution
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues, product inquiries, and other concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or appropriate departments, while following established protocols.
• Product Knowledge
• Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Stay updated on product updates, new features, and changes to provide up-to-date assistance.
• Documentation
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including issues raised, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required through Wrike and Gorgias
• Monitor and suggest updates to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for both customers and team members.
• Customer Advocacy
• Champion the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes.
• Advocate for customers’ needs while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
• Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, sales, and product development, to address complex customer issues and contribute to continuous improvement
• Time Management
• Prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
• Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high-quality service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using customer support software (Gorgias), project management tools (Wrike), and communications channel (Slack)
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in customer support, retail, or a related field is a plus.
