Base $26-$28/hour + Bonus + Benefits
Hushmail is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organized individual to join our friendly Customer Care team remotely. This is not an entry-level role. If you have not done a similar job in a Software as a Service company, your resume will not be considered.
About the position
As a member of the Customer Care team, you will spearhead interactions with our customers through phone, email and chat. You will be the first line of troubleshooting technical issues they may have with their accounts. You will use your existing technical skills and our suite of internal tools to problem solve issues with customers email accounts, email programs, secure web forms and mobile email apps. You will work closely with our small team and other departments to ensure feedback and bugs are reported and actioned upon.
This is not a call centre job where you read a script off a monitor or use canned responses for everything. You’ll play a pivotal role on our team, using your technical knowledge, ability to think outside the box, problem solving skills and friendly personality to provide customers with personalized support.
What we are looking for
Strong computer and web based problem solving skills
Experience with help desk ticketing systems and CRM’s (HelpScout, Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc…)
Previous experience supporting software in a customer/success/tech support role
The ability to decipher what customers are asking for and to convey solutions in technical and non-technical terms
An enthusiastic personality that enables you to build strong relationships with customers
Fluency in Windows or Mac environments, and the ability to learn new systems and apps on the go
Great communications skills and a command of the English language
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Top notch critical thinking skills
