£35,000 – £40,000

Our client is currently seeking an experience HR Business Advisor to join their team based in Chatham, on a 12-month FTC basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with similar experience, and is looking for a FTC role.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a professional and accurate HR advisory service to line managers
• Build, develop and maintain effective working relationships
• Assisting in the review of new and revised HR policies and processes
• Administration duties
• Working alongside the HR Business Partners and Admin team

The ideal candidate:

• Have previous experience within a similar HR Advisory role
• Knowledge of a HR System
• Have experience of managing employee relations
