Our Medway based client is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and support to managers in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that any advice is in line with agreed HR standards
  • Acting as an autonomous HR practitioner and interpreting policies in providing case management and guidance.
  • Taking responsibility for coaching managers in ER issues
  • Assisting managers in carrying out investigations
  • Ensuring the continuous development of the HR service

The Successful Applicant

Essential:

  • Broad and comprehensive generalist HR knowledge base
  • Up to date working knowledge of employment legislation
  • Able to communicate effectively with managers
  • Able to plan and organise own workload
