3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Are you seeking a new HR opportunity? Do you have at least 6-12 months HR experience? An established, award-winning and growing architectural practice in Camden is seeking a HR professional to join them at either HR Administrator or HR Coordinator level. This fast-paced role offers progression and lots of learning opportunity.

The Opportunity

This HR Administrator/Coordinator position is perfect for someone who has began their HR career but is now seeking a role that will challenge, develop and stretch them further! You will working alongside 2 other HR Professionals, a HR Manager and HR Advisor, and as a team you will provide the rest of the practice with comprehensive and efficient HR support. You will need to be flexible to business needs, but hybrid working will be offered in this role.

The Role

The chosen HR Administrator/Coordinator will need to be humble and happy to carry out basic HR admin tasks as well as more challenging and stimulating duties. Some of the tasks you will do are as follows; updating HR database, assist with payroll preparation, ensure all timesheets are completed each month, obtain references, recruitment support, holiday and sickness admin, electronic filing and archiving, contracts, letters and loads more!
