Amazing part time Administrators role joining a super personable, positive and supportive HR team. This role is based in their beautiful offices in the City of London. The role is flexible on hours and days and they are happy to decide a pattern of work for 25 hours per week.

The role will involve;

• Updating their database
• Drafting HR letters and correspondence
• Diary management
• Booking interviews and sending out correspondence
• Handling incoming calls and queries
• Overseeing the HR inbox
• General office administration across the team

Skills/attributes

• Strong administrative skills
• Strong skills across the Microsoft office packages
• Strong communications skills – written and spoken
• Personable, team player, strong attention to detail, highly organised
