Huntress Hiring for HR Administrator at Leeds Full Time

Due to retirement at the end of next year, my client is looking for someone to train and develop within a HR Administration role to become the face of the role and work alongside the HR Outsourcing company the client work with. My client is looking for someone bright, organised, enthusiastic and hard working! This is a great opportunity to learn and be mentored by a supportive manager and team. East Leeds and free parking

Mon -Fri 37.5 hours up to £24,000 DoE, Hybrid working

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Managing employee records and information on the system.
  • Managing onboarding basic training procedures of new employees.
  • Developing and implementing employee training and education to benefit employee satisfaction and company ethos.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Nurture a positive working environment through employee relations.
