As the HR Administrator your tasks will see you being involved in the following;

• Assisting with the recruitment and selection of employees by providing administrative support from advertising the vacancy right through to contracts being sent out and inductions organised.
• To be on hand to manage external and internal requests in relations to employment, and conditions of service.
• Administer policies and processes whilst accurately maintaining records, ensuring that regulatory requirements are met.
• To update HR information systems and local databases, liaising with other departments for reporting purposes.

We are ideally seeking individuals who have previously worked within a HR function, but candidates outside of this sector with strong administration skills will also be considered.
