Huntress Hiring for Finance Analyst Job at London, England Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of weekly cash reporting and cashflow forecast
• Own the end-to-end production process, taking on upstream data sourcing and seeking to automate where possible
• Understand and propose solutions to existing data and reporting process shortfalls
• Partner Group Finance and Treasury to ensure alignment between bottom up and top-down forecasts
• Refine and develop process to facilitate insightful cashflow analysis
• Support monthly finance operations process analysis and drive continuous development

Other Projects:

• Supporting wider BAU reporting activity as required
• Leading ad-hoc data and reporting projects as required

Skills & Experience:

• Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA), Part Qualified considered with relevant experience
• Prior knowledge and experience of cashflow reporting and forecasting
• Project Management experience
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience developing reports in Power BI would be preferred
• An analytical, enquiring mindset with a passion for knowledge – a quick learner
• Self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative
• Flexible and comfortable in a changing, growing environment
• Results, product and achievement oriented to high standards – Pays attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work tasks
• Fast and responsive – working to tight deadlines
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels
• Team player, maintaining close working relationships with relevant employees of the business in order to achieve objectives
• Ability to listen and willingness to take on new ideas
• Strong verbal and written communication skill
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle structures, processes and reports is beneficial
