SUMMARY:

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Education Coordinator. In this key position, you will manage our part-time teaching staff to provide our students with the best education possible. You will also maintain positive relationships with students and parents and become proficient in all aspects of center operations. This job blends education and business and will prepare you for potential growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Hiring, training and managing part-time teachers
• Assessing and monitoring student progress
• Conducting monthly follow-up parent conferences
• Meeting with school teachers and other associated professionals
• Administering initial evaluations and assisting new students
• Providing quality customer service at all times
• Participating in local marketing activities

Requirements and qualifications include:

• Must have a 4-year college degree
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Experience managing/supervising staff preferred
• Outstanding communication skills a must
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment
