Expectations:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide key operational support to the Talent Acquisition team and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Coordinates candidate travel, schedules interviews across departments and participates in career fairs. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist new hires with the pre-employment process. Assists with managing dept. supply orders, invoice processing. Produces activity reports including hiring incentive and I9 compliance reports.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
Experience/Training:
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources/Recruitment in healthcare setting.
Experience using with Workday Recruiter or similar applicant tracking systems.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced. high volume environment.
Fosters positive, interpersonal relationships by adhering to customer service standards with internal and external contacts.
