The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an understanding of accounting principles and enthusiasm for being part of a small team providing the full spectrum of accounting functions for a fast-paced, complex, and rapid growth company. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and support of annual audits and tax returns, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Responsible for bank deposits and updating payments to the franchise owners
• Provide support to accounting department
• Other clerical accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally in a complex, multiple-entity setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
• Hands on experience with Quick-books and other accounting software
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Great time-management and prioritization skills
• Strong-interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
• Able to sit for longer periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 – $43,000.00 per year
