Job description
We are looking to recruit assistants / associates to assist in the recruitment schemes of our clients. We offer a range of consulting services to UK companies within the real estate and technology sectors. These services include the outsourcing of recruitment programmes.
The position will involve working from home and liaising with companies and job centres around the whole of the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will:
· Be competent in Microsoft Office, email communication, and familiar with arranging and managing virtual meetings on Zoom, Google Hangouts etc.
· Be an excellent communicator, able to lead meetings with our clients and also conduct interviews with candidates.
· Be a self starter.
· Be organised and able to manage their own diary to meet deadlines.
· Some experience in a relevant area would be beneficial.
· Be available to start work as soon as possible.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
· Communicating with Job Centres and Employment agencies regarding available candidates.
· Writing Job Descriptions.
· Sifting through candidates, arranging virtual interviews and conducting basic interviews.
· Updating clients, candidates and external agencies at each point in the recruitment process.
· Issuing contracts and onboarding successful candidates and guiding them and being a point of reference through the whole process.
· Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
· Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
· Entering employee data into computer database
· Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
· Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
The role will enable the successful candidates to work from home, offering some flexibly to suit their personal circumstances. However, it is a full time role and will involve meetings and communication during the standard working week. Candidates should therefore have an adequate home working environment, reliable internet connection and computer/laptop with webcam for virtual meetings. Candidates would ideally be available to commence their role immediately or be able to work part time immediately with a view to becoming full time as soon as their schedule allows.
The company offers a generous salary and bonus, along with 28 days paid holiday per year and flexible working.
