Huntingdon County Child & Adult Development Corporation is seeking an Adult Education Programs Instructor. This is a full-year/full-time position that services Huntingdon County. The Adult Education Programs Instructor is responsible for the instruction of the adult students in the Adult Education and Family Literacy Programs. Responsible for implementing curriculum materials and individualized programming under the direction of the Program Director and Lead Adult Instructor. Major job functions include: Program Teamwork; Program Management; Case Management; and Employment Documentation and Retention. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Reading, Secondary Education, or a related field and one year teaching experience. PA Teachers Certificate preferred but not required. Experience in adult education programs and certification preferred. PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI clearances required. Must have a valid PA Driver’s License, 3 years of driving experience, and a clean driving record. Benefits and paid time off available. EOE. A United Way Participating Agency.

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
