About the Role
Vegetable Creek Multi Purpose Service has multiple opportunities avaliable for both part time and full time roles. We are looking for Registered Nurses to provide safe compassionate person centred care within the facility ensuring safe care is delivered in collaboration with patients and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes. You will be working in the MPS providing coverage for residential, chronic/acute and the Emergency department. You will be working alongside three clinical staff and three nurses to provide you with support. There is also an educator on side to provide you with additional assistance with online and face to face training. We are a multidisciplinary team who work closely with community Health onsite and Allied Health outreach.
Where you’ll be working
We are a rural 17 bed Multi-Purpose Service including an Emergency department in northern NSW. We have a dedicated multidisciplinary team which comprises of Registered, Endorsed and Assistant in Nursing staff and community Health with visiting Allied Health staff. Rural Nurses think critically and utilise sound decision making skills. A period of time in a rural hospital will broaden your clinical exposure while using all of your knowledge, skills and experience.

About You
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated nurse to work in the MPS environment as part of a cohesive team, with a willingness to develop skills and knowledge through ongoing learning in order to provide best care. You will be able to interact with other in a personable and professional manner to resolve conflicts when they arrive to enhance patient care.
Job share arrangements will be considered.
