Senior Engineer Job in Bury St Edmunds
I have a Senior Engineer job available with my client who are a privately owned national housebuilder. This housebuilder are looking to speak to Engineers or Senior Engineers looking for the next step in their careers.
Established 50 years ago, with 9 offices across the South West, Midlands, East Anglia, and North West. They are one of the UK’s largest privately owned housebuilders who deliver well designed quality homes. As a company the development sizes range from circa 150 – 3000 units.
Role & Responsibilities
– Develop road, sewer and drainage design
– Assist in the production of site appraisals
– Co-ordinate Section 38 and 104 design
– Complete Section 38 and 104 agreements
– Obtain foundation design approvals
– Manage and co-ordinate external consultants
– Manage site setup.
Required Skills & Experience
– Experience working on volume house building projects
– Experience working for a consultancy or housebuilder
– HNC in Civil Engineering or similar
– Strong knowledge of Section 38, 104 & 278 agreements
– Knowledge of Building regs.
