Hunter Business School’s Levittown campus is looking for high-energy Admissions Representative. We are seeking hardworking team-players to add to our Admissions team. Candidate must have a background in SALES.

Our Admissions Representatives facilitate the admissions process with qualified candidates from initial contact to class start. The Admissions candidate should have a genuine desire to motivate and help people to be successful and achieve their goals. Sales experience, computer skills, extensive phone skills and the ability to network is required, Admissions experience is a plus. Candidate should have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Admissions representative duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Following up with prospective students, from initial inquiry through start

Conducting interviews with prospective students

Representing the school in an ethical and compliant manner, following all state, federal & accrediting body regulations

Completing admissions paperwork and facilitating meetings with other departments

Keeping accurate and compliant records and documents

Participating in school events, both inside and outside of the school, and creating relationships with high schools

Offering support, motivation and training assistance to fellow team members to ensure that campus goals are met

Maintaining performance standards

Adhere to work schedules as designated by the Director of Admissions

Any other tasks as assigned by the Admissions Director

Pay: Salary commensurate with experience.
