Our client is a thriving and progressive rural hospital located in the Pacific Northwest. This is a gorgeous location 5 hours from Portland, Oregon.

Schedule-

This is a Monday – Friday position requiring relocation to the community. This is a hybrid position, allowing for remote work 2-3 days per week to allow for “non-traditional” work hours to connect with candidates across time zones.

About the position –

• The position has the title of Recruitment Manager with no direct reports
• The position reports to the CHRO
• Responsible for the full-cycle talent acquisition process for positions within the organization
• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy and develop candidate pipelines for workforce planning
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers with hiring and employment information

• Partner with the marketing department and leadership, develop and implement referral, recruitment, and retention strategies to reduce the need for travel staff
• Able to be an Ambassador of the organization; communicating the positive and challenging attributes of the organization and community, while navigating challenges in relocation and retention with the CHRO

Candidate requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience
• Confident and successful communication skills; including executing call campaigns, text and email campaigns to connect with potential candidates
• A thorough understanding of the employee qualifications required for healthcare recruiting; specifically RN, Laboratory, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Allied Health, Dietary, etc,
• Candidates who have worked in the Travel Nurse, or in the retained healthcare recruitment market encouraged to apply
• Tech savvy- Strong ATS experience, experience creating dashboards and managing a recruitment strategy online for transparency and efficiency
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques using job boards, and social media, including LinkedIn
• College-level writing skills; able to create marketing copy
• Able to work in an autonomous setting, creating dashboards and reports for transparent work product
• KPI focused to ensure goal achievement
• A thorough understanding of certain employment law is required, including but not limited to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Oregon Anti-Discrimination Law, Veteran’s Preference, etc.

Compensation-

The base salary is $75,000 – $100,000 with a bonus plan. The organization offers an excellent PTO and health benefits package.
