This Global technology organisation are looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to join them and cover a period of maternity leave for 18 months.

In a period of growth across Europe and the Americas the organisation are building their talent team to 8. At the same time they are also putting into place a new ATS (Workable), building their presence in the market, and developing a strong working PSL.

With a global workforce of 1,000 and current roles running at around 150 live at any one time this is an exciting time for the organisation.

You will be working with the current Talent Acquisition Director until she leaves for maternity leave and help to develop the strategy and lead across all Talent Acquisition initiatives across the company. You will also manage the team that you have helped to build. The team are based across different countries and focus on different specialisms.

What you will bring

You will have experience of working in a matrix organisation with a global presence. You will have strong team management skills as this will form the main part of the role but you will also be happy to do some hands on recruiting for senior roles.

Experience of procuring, implementing and supporting a new ATS would be very useful.

You can be based anywhere in the UK and there will be occasional travel to the Manchester or London offices.
