The HR Generalist will work with the HR Manager and HR Administrator to provide HR Support for circa 500+ colleagues, across the 3 business functions:
· Production
· Transport
· Agriculture
You will need to have a good understanding of Employment Law and HR Policy and should be working towards or have a CIPD qualification/HR degree.
You must be passionate about providing an excellent HR Service and working proactively to improve HR processes and systems.
Daily duties to include
Working with the HR Manager and Administrator.
