Position Overview:

This position will work with a team of engineers, electrical foreman, project management, other MEP trades, and other BIM and CAD/Revit operators to produce electrical construction BIM models and shop drawings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience in:

• • BIM and/or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) project experience
  • Revit MEP experience
  • AutoCAD experience
  • BIM360 experience

• MS Office including Word and Excel
• Working with Professional Engineers, Revit/CAD operators, and other team members
• Attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8- 9 years in a lead role managing a BIM team
• Experience as a Revit/CAD operator in electrical design or construction
• Autodesk certification or associate degree in AutoCAD/Revit drafting and design
• Electrical contractor’s license (Apprentice/Journeyman/Master)
• Trimble Products including Sysque and MEP
• Bluebeam
• ProCore
• Utilize time management skills to create and manage schedules to meet project milestones.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a typical work schedule of Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00pm and Friday 7:00 – 2:00pm.
