Tell me about the Role!

Our P&C team is growing! We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us in Melbourne. You’ll, not only be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the business, but you’ll also support hiring managers onboarding their new hires and set them up for success!

You’ll be able to wear multiple hats within the role from time to time to gain exposure to different aspects under the People & Culture umbrella, such as working with the People & Culture on exciting projects, as well as being a big support in our Social Club to push HungryHungry’s internal social initiative

What you’ll bring to the role

• Knowledge in handling an end to end recruitment process in a high volume environment
• A love a relationship building with candidates, as well as building trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers in the HH team
• Ability to come up with out of the box but super effective ways to attract top talent
• A commercial mindset – someone who sees the bigger picture and run with it
• You know how to proactively talent pool and head hunt in your sleep! You know how to take the initiative to strategically source and actively search for hard to find talent!
• You’ve got the gift of the gab! You’re confident talking to anyone and can articulate like a pro.
• Experience recruiting within the product and tech space is a huge bonus!
