Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. HRIS project experience implementing HCM, Payroll and Time & Attendance applications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee completion of projects
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Capabilities and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Experience working within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation
• Demonstrated experience on project implementations with hand-on experience, delivering quality outcomes
• Exceptional engagement, collaboration, and negotiation skills with the capability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and external partners
• Experience in stakeholder management and liaising with business including steering committees
