District Manager Level 1

Experienced and innovative leader required to guide our management teams to success.

· Managing locations in the North/West

· Must be located within/live close to the district

District Manager 1 (DM1) is responsible for People, Sales, and Profit as well as future growth and planning for allocated district. The primary function of the District Manager is to manage a group of restaurants successfully and actively participate with the Regional Operations Manager in making Regional and District based decisions.

Hungry Jack’s is looking for an applicant who is dedicated to achieving and maintaining high performance KPI results throughout teams by utilizing forward thinking and commercially astute business decisions. This position would suit someone who is looking to take their leadership career to the next level by taking on a role with multi location responsibility. Applicants must have proven experience in the QSR industry, achieving KPI’s.

A key aspect of the role will be talent development in the district with an emphasis on fostering alignment from all employee levels, focusing on the Hungry Jack’s cultural pillars and values. A strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring.
