Hungry Jack’s® Pty Ltd Hiring for Digital Marketing Acquisition & Content Specialist at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Acquisition & Content Specialist , to be responsible for building the Hungry Jack’s digital customer base and ensuring digital content is up-to-date, relevant and compelling.

Key Position Responsibilities & Requirements:

We’re looking an energetic individual who is curious, loves problem solving and burgers! This role is for someone with high attention to detail and is customer-centric in everything they do.

• Develop and execute campaigns to encourage downloads of the Hungry Jack’s app and increase sign-ups to Hungry Jack’s database.
• Develop strategies to increase traffic to the Hungry Jack’s marketing website (both organic and paid).
• Continually refine website content, guided by analytics, to increase traffic conversion of sign-ups and sales.
• Explore in-store opportunities to convert analogue customers to digital.
• Work with the Social Media Manager and Media Agency to develop digital media acquisition and prospecting campaigns.
• Manage website content to ensure high search engine visibility.
• Maintain product content for Hungry Jack’s App & Web and Kiosk to align with Marketing Calendar (Kentico CMS)
• Interpret data in Google Analytics and effectively communicate insights to Digital Marketing team to assist in optimising the site.
• Keep up to date with current digital trends and suggest new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organisation.
• Weekly acquisition and campaign performance ing
• Other digital marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required

• High commercial acumen and continuously seeking to improve knowledge of QSR
• Agility – to be able to adapt in a fast paced environment
