To support the transformation at Hume, we are expanding the People & Culture team and are pleased to announce that we have created a new Talent Acquisition team to provide specialist recruitment advice and support to the organisation.

About You
We have an opening for an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join the newly created Talent Acquisition team.
You will be responsible for delivering recruitment and selection activities across our entire portfolio of services. You will have the opportunity to drive innovation in our recruitment practices and projects, to support the acquisition and selection of high calibre employees for Hume City Council.
Working across all portfolios for Council, this role will support hiring managers with sourcing talent and implementing best practice approaches to recruitment, onboarding and integration of new employees.
