Hume City Council has an exciting opportunity to join our high performing Finance team and use your accounting qualifications and experience. You will have a strong commitment to providing high quality and timely financial information to aid in decision making. You will be results-driven, a team player, possess solid reporting skills, have strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Key Skills

• Experience in computer applications and report generation – particularly highly developed PC skills in Excel and other financial systems. Experience in Technology One would be an advantage.
• Ability to develop a climate of trust and confidence thereby encouraging effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to develop, monitor and continually improve procedures and systems.
